Privacy notice.
Effective 26 October 2026
This notice explains how FinAds uses information when you apply for our managed advertising services, access a client account or fund your campaign balance.
Information you provide
Our application form collects your name, company, business email, website, sector, budget range, target markets, optional Telegram contact and the growth brief you submit. If an application is approved, we use the relevant details to administer the client relationship.
Client records include account contact details, campaigns, published reports, account balance adjustments and transaction references. Do not include sensitive personal information or the personal data of your leads in an application or campaign note.
How we use information
We use application information to assess requests, communicate with applicants and prepare acquisition plans. We use client records to provide access to campaign reporting, administer service funding, support clients and maintain a record of account activity.
We also use limited technical information to protect the service. Application submissions are subject to a rate limit based on a hashed network identifier. We do not use the application form to enrol you in an unrelated marketing mailing list.
Authentication and service providers
The client portal uses email and password sign-in. Approved clients receive a one-time activation link to set their password. We use the account email and authentication records needed to identify an authorised client or administrator. Passwords are stored as protected hashes, and session cookies keep you signed in. Access to client data is restricted to the relevant account and authorised administrators.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments when configured. A payment may be handled on a provider-hosted page and is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy information. FinAds records payment references and status information needed to credit your service balance.
We use hosting and database infrastructure to operate the website. OpenAI may be used to generate editorial blog content. Client application details are not intentionally included in the blog generation request.
Campaign reporting
Campaign performance records are entered and published by the FinAds team. The client portal displays campaign-level information such as spend, impressions, clicks and lead totals. This portal does not require the personal details of individual leads to display those reports.
Storage and security
We restrict administrative operations and protect integration credentials on the server. We retain information while it is needed to review an application, provide the service, maintain business records or address disputes. The period may differ by record type and the obligations that apply to the business relationship.
No internet service can promise absolute security. Keep access to your sign-in account secure and contact support if you believe an account or payment has been used without authorisation.
Your requests and choices
You may request information about your records, ask us to correct inaccurate details or ask for deletion where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for transaction integrity, business obligations or resolving a dispute.
Clients can use the support contact shown in their portal. Applicants and other visitors can use our contact application; include “Privacy request” in the brief and provide the email associated with the request. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing records.
External links and updates
External websites and payment services operate under their own policies. We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
